Summer Session, July 14-25, 9:00-11:00 DAILY

DETAILS: We were hoping to run a full program, but didn’t meet the minimum number (15) to make it viable. However, we do have enough students interested in tutoring opportunities to offer two weeks of English and math practice, skill-building, and (yes) even FUN.

COST: 

  • $500 for two weeks ($50/day, or $25 per hour of semi-private tutoring)
  • Option: Students may also sign up for math or English only, for $350 ($35/hr)
  • Option: Students may sign up for FIVE days of tutoring during July 14-25, with days chosen in advance, for $350 ($70/day, or $35/hr)
  • Select the student’s math level first. English is more easily differentiated.

HOW TO ENROLL:

  • Current students: Registration forms are NOT needed.
  • New students: Summer Session Registration forms are needed for all NEW students unless your child participated in Imaginession (that form will carry over to Summer Session). To request a Summer 2025 Registration Form, GO HERE.

DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Math Skills: Flex your math muscles with skills practice, fun math games, and hands-on math learning at the 5th/6th or 7th/8th level (with wiggle room for those needing extra support or working higher than 8th level), all in a low-stress environment. Specific activities and lessons will depend on the needs of the students who enroll. Instructor: Laura Erlig. Max: 5 per time slot.
  • ELA Skills: Ease into English Language Arts skills with engaging daily practice. Whether at the 5th/6th or 7/8th level, students will read, write, reflect, and discuss interesting topics in a low-stress environment. Specific activities and lessons will depend on the needs of the students who enroll. Instructor: Jenni Buchanan or Melanie Ware. Max: 5 per time slot.
