The session schedule for One Spark Academy (a “Learning Center”) follows the calendar for the local district, CVUSD. Classes for OSA are closed on national or observed legal holidays, not necessarily religious holidays.

AUGUST

  • Tuesday, 18th: Back to Class Picnic, 5:00-7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, 19th: Math assessments, new students
  • Wednesday, 19th: Campus beautification, 9:00-12:00
  • Monday, 24th: Session 1 begins! (8/24-10/9)

SEPTEMBER

  • Monday, 7th: Labor Day (no OSA classes)
  • Thursday, 17th: OSA Restaurant Night! (Actually, from 11:00-9:00)
  • Tuesday, 15th: Pre-Registration for Session 2 (10/19 – 12/18)

OCTOBER

  • 12th-16th: Session Break (No OSA classes)
  • Monday, 19th: Session 2 begins! (10/19 – 12/18)
  • Thursday, 29th: Halloween at OSA!

NOVEMBER

  • Tuesday, 11th: Veterans’ Day (no OSA classes)
  • Monday, 16th: Giving Campaign begins (through January 4th)
  • Friday, 20th: Giving Thanks Feast, 1:00-2:30 (off-site)
  • 23rd – 27th: Mid-Session break (no OSA classes)

DECEMBER

  • Tuesday, 1st: Pre-Registration for Session 3 (1/11 – 3/19)
  • 21st – January 10: Winter Break (no OSA classes)
