Registration Forms are updated each session and need to be filled out once per academic year (in order to ensure contact information is updated). - To request space in classes, please sign up online first. Once you’re assured there is space in your requested classes, then space will be held for three (3) business days in order to ensure time for registration paperwork to be received.
- All classes are first come, first served. Space is limited, and only confirmed with payment.
- If you are with Golden Valley charter School, and plan to submit a purchase order for classes, the PO must be received prior to your student beginning any classes at OSA. (Golden Valley will not provide funds for lunch or field trips).
Here you’ll find the 4-page One Spark Academy Registration form, the Media Release, and the OSA Math Survey (if applicable). Please read the directions for registration, which are on the form, or here. IMPORTANT: Your child must also read, print out, agree to, sign and return the Participant Agreement prior to beginning any classes at One Spark Academy. Even if your student is returning for classes at OSA, a Registration Form and Participant Agreement needs to be submitted annually.
